Tandoori Pomfret. Recipe - Make a marinade with youghurt, ginger-garlic paste, pinch of food color, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin-coriander powder, black pepper, lemon juice, salt. Take some mustard oil in a pan, warm it up and add some chilli powder in it. Mix the chilli oil in the marinade. Marinate the pomfrets with the marinade. Bake at 350 farenheit for 50 min and broil for some minutes.
