Piyaju

Lentil fritters || Recipe- Blend soaked lentils coarsely. Then add sliced onion, cilantro, green chilli, cumin-coriander powder, garam masala, salt, red chilli powder, baking powder, gram flour, rice flour with the blended lentil. Give them shape and fry nicely in oil untill crispy.

Achari begun

Make a paste of coconut , red chilli, mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Coat the cut eggplants with the prepared paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and rice flour.Fry them nicely. Take mustard oil in a pan add some panchphoron (five spice mix),onions and sautee them untill nicely soft and brown. With tomato paste add turmeric powder, red chilli powder , cumin -coriander powder, garam masala, salt and chilli garlic sauce. Add ginger garlic paste and the tomato paste and cook untill the oil separates. Now put the egglants and little amount of hot water and cook by covering the pan with a lid. With tamarind water add 1 tbspoon sugar and pour it over the gravy for a sweet and sour taste. Lastly ,add cilantro

Mango tiramisu

-Marinate 1 kg of meat with 2 tea spoon of cumin -coriander powder,2 tea spoon red chilli powder,1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1.5 tea spoon of the kala bhuna masala ,black pepper ,salt, green chilli and coriander paste,2 tablespoon yoghurt , 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste, fried onion, tomato and mustard oil.

Murighonto

Murighonto Recipe- Fry moong dal before washing for few minutes. When cooled down,wash them nicely. Then shallow fry fish marinated with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Add oil in the pan ,then add whole spices , onion and sautee untill brown. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder. Then add ginger garlic paste ,onion paste,salt,water and cook untill the oil separates. Later,add the washed lentil ,proper amount of hot water,tomato and cook untill it‰Ûªs properly boiled. Then add the fried fish ,garam masala. For garnishing fry some garlic , whole red chilli. Pour over the curry with the oil

Chicken malai tikka

Now serve the rice with some freshly cut mango and the coconut sauce.

Beef Tehari

On the remaining sauce add 1 cup of cooked rice(I just used the normal white cooked rice.Better to use the sticky/sushi rice), some more coconut milk and condensed milk and again cook untill the extra moisture is absorbed.
