Spinach Rice

Palak/Spinach Rice' Recipe - Saute some onion in little amount of oil with some panchphoron. Then add ginger garlic paste. Add some mix veggies or meat as per your preference.( I have used chicken keema). Add cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.Then add spinach and 2/3 green chilli paste.When the water will reduce add rice and proper amount of water. Lastly add an egg!

Chocolate mud cake

Recipe - Make butter milk by adding lemon juice in a cup of milk. Mix 1 tsp instant coffee powder with a cup of hot water. In a pan add 250 gm dark chocolate , the prepared coffee, 1/2 cup of oil/butter and melt them altogether. For the dry mix sift 2 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 2 tspn baking soda, 1 tspn baking powder. Add 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar / sugar substitute ( Definitely better to use sugar if you can compromise with your diet, otherwise you have to compromise with taste like me ). Now with the melted chocolate add the prepared buttermilk, 2 room temperature eggs and whisk together. Add the liquid mix with the dry one and form a nice, smooth batter. Butter/oil brush a pan, pour the batter and bake at 160 c / 325 F preheated oven for 40 minutes or longer. Demould it,brush some sugar syrup. Do layering if you prefer.I kept it simple and decorated it with chocolate ganache and by dusting some cocoa powder

Quail Roast

Recipe - marinate quails with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin-coriander powder and shallow fry in oil. In the same pan take oil. When it‰Ûªs hot, add whole spices and sliced onion and stir untill it turns brown. Now add garlic paste, ginger paste, onion paste, almond-raisin-green chilli paste. Add turmeric powder, cumin-coriander powder, garam masala. Then, add beaten youghurt, tomato, sugar, alu bukhara, ketchup and cook untill oil separates. Now add the shallow fried quails, milk powder, green chillies, kewra water, rose water, liquid milk, salt and ghee. Give everything a nice mix and cook by covering untill it‰Ûªs done and the gravy thickens. Garnish with fried onion, cilantro, cashews. Enjoy!

Kalakand

Recipe -Make chana with 600 ml milk.Strain and wash it.Mash it untill smooth. Then take 450 ml milk,add cardamom boil it.Add the chana with the milk.When the milk will start thickening add 150 ml condense milk,1 tea spoon ghee.Stir untill it reaches preferred consistency. Pour it into a ghee brushed pan,let it set for atleast 1 hour!

Spaghetti

Red sauce spaghetti. Recipe - Saute proteins as per your choice. I have scrambled an egg, sauteed some sausages, shrimps and chicken keema with salt and paprika. In a pan take some olive oil and caramalize some minced onion and garlic. Add some chilli flakes. Sautee veggies of your preference. Now, add some oregano, paprika, diced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, chilli garlic sauce, pasta water, soya sauce and simmer for few minutes. Now add the boiled pasta and our sauteed proteins. Lastly, add splitted green chillies.

French onion soup

Restaurant Style French Onion Soup. Recipe - In a pan take good amount of butter and olive oil. Then add 1 lb beef brisket saute untill the colour changes. Then add 2 large sliced onion and stir till soft. Then add garlic powder, onion powder, chilli flakes, black pepper, oregano, dried thyme, soya sauce, beef bullion and corn starch. Add proper amount of water, cover it and let it cook. When the brisket it cooked , shred it into pieces and add back into the soup. Lastly serve with some crutons and mozarella cheese and airfry at 400 degree farenheit till the cheese melts. Serve hot

Malai jorda

Shahi Malai Jorda. Recipe- -For the jorda rice take proper amount of water in a pan, add orange food color and orange peel. Once the water starts boiling add the rice (here I have used chinigura rice). When 80% done strain the rice. Now, in another pan take ghee, add whole spices, mixed nuts, raisins and sautee for few seconds. Now add sugar as per your sweet preference and add orange juice. Then add the rice and cook in the sugar syrup by covering. Lastly add milk powder. -For the malai take liquid milk, milk powder and condensed milk in a pan, mix well.Now, turn on the stove and cook untill it thickens. -For the mini sweets take 1/2 cup of milk powder, 1 tbspn semolina, 1 tpsn flour, 1 teaspoon ghee and mix well. Now, make a dough by adding liquid milk. Make small balls and fry in hot oil in medium low heat untill they turn brown. When they cool down a bit add them in hot sugar syrup and let them soak for 10 minutes. Now serve the jorda rice in a dish, pour malai over the rice, garnish with some nuts and the mini sweets.

Shir khurma

Sheer Khurma - Rich and creamy Sheer Khurma is an elegant dessert often made during Eid. Saut̩ some dry fruits(nuts, raisins, dates) and small amount of vermicelli in ghee. Simmer 1 L of milk and stir until it reduces. Mix condense milk, milk powder, corn flour, sugar/sugar substitute all together. Now add the mix with the liquid milk and stir until it thickens.Add dry fruits and vermicelli too. Cook until it reaches your preferred consistency. Let it cool down.
